The main shared deck faces south and is accessible from the entrance walkway, the living room and the sunroom. There is also a small shared deck facing east from the kitchen.
There is a private deck facing east from the master bedroom and another small deck with a ramp to the fenced in area for dogs facing west from the second upstairs bedroom (queen).
3 Patios (2 Shared & 1 Private)
There is a private patio in the downstairs king bedroom which faces east and has access to the fire pit.
There are 2 shared covered patios – one is covered by the upstairs decking and is accessible from the downstairs game room / kitchen / eating area. It has a 2 person hot tub with a panoramic view as its on the corner of the house. The other shared patio is a fully covered carport with a ceiling fan, 6 seat outdoor table and plenty of extra seating. It also has a gas grill for cooking.
