The downstairs kitchen is also complete with an electric oven / range, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and well stocked with pots & pans.  There is a coffee maker, coffee grounds & filters, as well as sugar (bring your own cream).  We often leave snacks in the cabinets and fridge that you are welcome to help yourself to as our guests.

The downstairs fridge may be off / unplugged when you arrive, and if you do not need it we ask you to leave it off, but if you do need it feel free to plug it in and use it.
